Public service is not just about policy.
It’s about wisdom, humility, courage, and integrity.

Scripture tells us in 2 Chronicles 7:14:

“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Before decisions are made at Town Hall, the men and women making those decisions should seek the wise counsel of the Lord, His Holy Word, and His Holy Spirit.

This Prayer Team is not about politics.
It’s about covering our community and country in prayer.

As part of the Prayer Team, you will receive:

• A brief weekly prayer guide specific to Knox County

• Occasional urgent prayer requests when major decisions arise

• Scriptural encouragement tied to leadership and community

• Clear ways to pray for wisdom, unity, and protection

There will be no fundraising asks in these emails.
This is strictly a prayer commitment.

Prayer is a two-way street. We talk to God but more importantly, we listen to Him. So, now I want to ask you, how can we pray for you. We’ll be collecting your prayer requests and praying over them for one week. If you’d like the request to be prayed for beyond that, please re-submit the prayer request.

And, as always, we’d love to hear how God has answered your prayers so feel free to share the results of our petitions.
